After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. Qourix reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Unusual or suspicious ordering activity

  • Delivery limitations

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Qourix through our Contact Us page.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Qourix reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests depending on the status of the order.

7. Payment

Qourix accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online payments through the payment methods available at checkout

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

For online payments, your payment may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Qourix does not store complete card details such as your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems unless expressly stated.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Qourix currently ships across India.

Free Delivery

We currently offer free delivery on orders placed through our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally expected to arrive within 4–7 days after dispatch, subject to the delivery location, courier operations, weather, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe.

If an issue occurs during shipping or transportation, Qourix will work with the relevant delivery partner to resolve the matter.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, incorrect phone number, or similar customer-provided information, Qourix may contact the customer to resolve the issue.

Additional delivery attempts or charges, where applicable, may depend on the circumstances.

10. Returns & Replacements

Qourix accepts returns only for products that are defective or damaged.

We do not generally accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that simply do not meet personal expectations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

48-Hour Return Window

Any defective or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for a return or replacement.

Customers should contact us through our Contact Us page and provide relevant information, including the order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue where requested.

11. Damaged Products

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within the 48-hour return period.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, or other details to evaluate the issue.

After reviewing the claim, Qourix may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

12. Return Shipping

For an approved return involving a defective or damaged product, Qourix will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Customers should not independently ship products back without first contacting Qourix and receiving return instructions.

13. Refunds

If a refund is approved, refunds may take approximately 3–7 days to process after the return has been received and reviewed.

The actual time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may also depend on the payment method, bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Qourix may request appropriate bank or payment details to process an eligible refund.

14. Product Warranty

Unless specifically mentioned on the individual product page, Qourix does not guarantee that products carry a manufacturer's warranty.

Any warranty specifically stated on a product page will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that particular product.

15. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account on the Qourix website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You should notify Qourix if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
